Responsibilities
- Provide respectful support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living routines and community activities
- Promote independence and confidence
- Follow care plans and safety procedures
- Communicate with families and supervisors
- Complete required documentation
- Assist with transportation when approved and assigned

Requirements
- Background screening
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license if transporting clients
- Clean driving record if applicable
- CPR/First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain
- Experience in caregiving, disability services, behavioral health, education, or human services preferred
